I have been a Massage Therapist since 2004.
Training in Norwich I gained my qualification with ITEC (International Therapist Examination Council).

I have continued my professional development in hot stone massage therapy and I have also studied sports techniques.
I have experience in mobilisation treatment and myofascial release massage.
Understandably, many of us think of having a massage only when we are in discomfort.
Injury, aching shoulders, neck stiffness, sciatica, all being very common issues.
Problems such as these can be brought about by sporting activity, postural defects, stress (physical and/or emotional), illness or trauma.

Subconsciously, we protect ourselves from pain.
We compensate and we shield ourselves by holding our bodies in a protective manner, this too can eventually result in further problems and discomfort.
Apart from muscular and soft tissue manipulation, there are many key benefits of massage on our bodies system, including lymphatic, respiratory and circulatory.

An overall approach to your body is essential, this will provide the most optimal treatment for you.
